This is an RMS Queen Elizabeth vintage souvenir tea strainer from the Cunard White Star Line ocean liner that was made between 1946-1968. The tea strainer measures 6.5 inches long by 2.25 in diameter and is made of EPNS silver plate and is in excellent, mint condition. The RMS Queen Elizabeth was built in the 1930s and first in use as a troop ship during WWII. The Queen Elizabeth was finally used as a passenger liner between Southampton, Cherbourg and New York from 1946 to her decommissioning in 1968. She was destroyed by a fire in 1975 and scrapped in Hong Kong. Sigh... Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured.
