Half Doll Tea Cosy German Doll English Handmade Antique

This is an antique German porcelain half doll or pincushion doll tea cosy or tea cozy from England. The half doll measures 3.5 inches hogh and has a perforated base with both the impressed and inked on number 19606, which is a Hertwig, Germany mold number. The padded silk and knitted loop exterior was made in England in the 1920-1930s. The doll is hand painted with the "close" style of arms. The overall tea cozy or cosy measures 9 9 high by 8.5 wide by 2 inches thick and is in excellent condition.
