This is a Shelley China, England bone china cup and saucer in the demitasse size in the Gainsborough shape and the Drifting Leaves pattern # 13848 with platinum trim made 1956-1966. The teacup is 2 inches high by 3.25 in diameter and the saucer is 5 in diameter. The pattern, Drifting Leaves, is a combination of Autumn Leaves and Pole Star. The luncheon plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. A cup and saucer is perfect for the tea table or for after dinner espresso and is collectible and so hard to find!
