RARE AMERICAN COIN SILVER TABLESPOON 1790s

Large coin silver tablespoon, John Burger, New York City, NY, circa 1784-1805, approximately 9" in length, pointed ovoid bowl, bellflower engraving, block letter monogram "IP", downturned rounded end tip, "BURGER" impressed script inside conforming shape on handle. Great condition for such an early piece. Wear consistent use age and use, no dings or bends in bowl, sharp tip, some dark spots.
