Coin silver tongs, impressed in rectangle "E. LOWNES", for Edward Lownes, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1817-1833, approximately 6" in length, good weight, gorgeous engraving includes rosettes, berries, and flowing leaves, elliptic tips, monogram "SEC" within wreath on arch. Excellent condition.
