Coin silver tongs, impressed "R & W. WILSON" in serrated rectangle, Philadelphia, PA, approximately 6 1/4" in length, has rare floral engraving on both arms,good weight, monogram "GCW" in feather script,shell tips. Excellent condition. A truly beautiful piece of Philadelphia silver.
