We are pleased to announce that Treasure Junction has almost no returned purchases. Returns are typically nonexistent. Should an issue occur it is handled expeditiously and to the buyer satisfaction.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Treasure Junction, Inc. accepts the following form(s) of payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Wire Transfer, Money Order and PayPal (hgbiz@att.net). All payments must be received within 7days.
SHIPPING:
Shipping costs are calculated via UPS web site (ups.com) Or USPS (usps.com) and are not marked up in anyway. Generally items that are purchased will ship out within two business day. Each package is tracked by our staff until your treasure reaches you safely.
Return Policy :
1. The customer must notify us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise that they wish to return the merchandise to us.
2. The customer is responsible for a 10% restocking fee, all shipping costs, and any duty or tariff charges. (**unless other arrangements are made)
3. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
4. All merchandise being returned must be received by us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
5. Items shipped via freight carrier or similar must be returned within 30 days or less.
6. There are some items that we are unable to allow returns on, and these items will be marked accordingly with NO RETURN POLICY clearly stated in the item description i.e. a stuffed toy.
