Sales Policy

SALES POLICY: We will be as honest and accurate as possible regarding all of our items. Although we research each item, not all sources are reliable. Some vintage items have imperfections or minor wear consistent with age and use. We will make every effort to descibe and photograph each item to give you an accurate view of their condition. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have prior to purchase. When purchasing an item please email us with a description of the item as well as your address. Please be sure to include your postal zip code. We will provide you with a final total after calculating shipping charges to your location. If you have a preference on shipping providers please let us know. We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal to include credit cards, money orders and cashier checks. All money orders and cashier checks should be made payable to "Trendz."

SHIPPING POLICY: Items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt. The buyer pays for all shipping and insurance costs. Shipping insurance is optional but HIGHLY recommended. We will not be responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

RETURN POLICY: We will accept returns within three business days of receiving the item. Please email us before returning an item. Item must be in the same condition as received and return shipping will be at the buyer's expense. We will not be responsible for any damage incurred during shipping should you choose not to insure your item. We will not accept returns of items damaged during shipment. Once received we will return your purchase price minus the original price of shipping.
