Here's another pig pitcher. He is a slightly different color, more of a beige with a dark blue belt and yellow medallion. He has black feet and eyes. Also the top of the pitcher and the handle are green leaves. He measures 8" tall and 5" across the bottom. He does have a very tiny hole on the top of his head, barely noticeable. There is no mark on this little piggy.

Here's a very interesting looking pig. He is 8" tall and 5" across the bottom and holds 1 quart. He is pink with black feet and has a blue belt that has a medallion hanging from it. The top of the pitcher and the handle are green leaves. The surface of the pitcher seems to have a crackle finish to it. There are no cracks or chips on this fellow. It is marked Costa, Made in Italy with a pitcher logo. There is also a paper sticker which reads Williams-Sonoma, Grande Cuisine.

I believe the body of the horse is made of zinc, but I'm not absolutely sure. If it was painted, most of it is gone. There are traces of red paint left on it. The horse itself measures 9.5" high X 11" wide. The directional is 23.5" long. It has 2 bullet holes and three others that look like beebee holes. None of these went through to the other side. There is also some seam separation and split damage on the body itself. The rod is in good solid shape. Please e-mail me if you ...click for details

This item was made by the Lufkin Board and Log Rule Company in the first quarter of the 20th century. It is in good condition. The measurements are 31" wide by 48 1/2" long. I did have it made into a table so I could use it. The price is for the item as a table or just the board. If you would like to see more pictures-- just e-mail me.
