This item is a hanger advertising Vermont Cleansing Co. out of Burlington, Vt. It's in good condition. On one end there is some chipping but nothing serious.

This is a vintage electric travel iron that measures approx. 5 " long with original cord. I believe the maroon handle and dial are bakelite and possibly the plugs also. I did plug it in and it heats up. The red light works. It has settings for silk, rayon, wool, cotton,linen and High. The travel case is bright red with white zipper border and it has the directions.

Kenya soapstone platter with Warriors and Giraffes Miscellaneous: Pre 2000 item# 535028

This platter is made from Kisii soapstone and handpainted with maasai figures and giraffes. It measures 9" X 14". Towards the bottom of the platter there appears to be a crack but it doesn't show on the back at all.(see pic) This is a decorative item only. Excuse the kitty tail!!!!!!!!!

This is a very nice Soapstone Swan display dish carved and scrimshawed by artisans from Kenya, Africa. Measures 8" long by 4" wide and is 1 1/4" high. There is a small chip on the very end of the dish which could easily be remedied by a little dab of black paint. This is for decoration only.
