McCoy Yellow Locomotive Train Cookie Jar

This original yellow and black McCoy engine cookie jar Ca. 1962-1964 can be found in The Encyclopedia of cookie jars by Fred Roerig and Joyce Herndon Roerig. As the paragraph from the book reads: Though the yellow and pumpkin colored engines are not found as frequently as the black". This McCoy engine has cold paint that is worn off. The cookie jar is not as bright of yellow as the picture shows. The cold paint has worn off in places as you can see from the pictures and someone put a piece of tape on the top and that has left some residue. Measuring 11 inches long, 6 1/2 inches wide and 7 1/2 inches high. Marked on the bottom McCoy and is very heavy It will have to be double boxed.
