Rare French Minneapolis-Moline Vineyard Mathis Tractor

THIS VINTAGE MINNEAPOLIS-MOLINE TRACTOR IS A MATHIS-MOLINE VRTE. Minneapolis-Moline granted Mathis of France license to build the model'R' tractors under the marshall plan after WWII. The tractors were produced from 1949 through 1952. A total of 338 tractors were built in row-crop narrow and wide front, standard and vineyard versions. The vineyard version is unique to the Mathis-Moline as none were built in USA. It is believed that production numbers of the VRTE were very small, possibly as few as 10. This is the only one known in USA. And, there are only 3 or 4 know in Europe. This tractor has been restored and is beautiful show condition.
