There are two objects in beating eggs: to mingle the two parts of the egg, and to incorporate air with it. A variety of beaters are in the market,all doing the same work in different ways. These two beaters are very old with some signs of wear. Handles are green and the tin has some rust on it. The Carrot peeler also has a green handle. very nice items to add to your primitive collection.
