Very nice, hard to find sauce dish in the Famille Rose pattern of the 1915 to 1930 period. Small, 3.25" diam x 1" H. Beautifully hand painted. No damage.

Export tea cup, commonly called geisha ware or egg shell. Hand painted scene of Japanese ladies in a landscape. Quality is typical for this time period. Tiny rim chip, wear to gold paint, overall good condition. Made in early 1920s. No mark. 2" H x 3 3/4" diam.

Hand painted, deep tea cup. White porcelain with black strips & orange flowers. Mark on the bottom seems to say that it was made in the Arita area. Most likely dates to the late 1920s to 1930s. Not made for export to the West. 3" H x 2.5" diam. No damage.

Hand painted rice bowl with dragons chasing the flaming pearl of wisdom through the sky. Shades of red, yellow, blue, green & turquoise on white porcelain. Chip on rim. "Made In China" mark on bottom without a factory number indicates a modern piece made by the Jingdezhen factory for export since 1980. 5" diam x 2.25" H

Beautiful rice bowl. It is hand painted. The makers mark on the bottom appears to be Chinese, from the very early 1900s, but the style of the painting is Japanese. Blue plum blossoms on white porcelain. Not made for export to the West. Tiny rim chip on the bottom. 4 1/2" diam x 2" deep.

From the 1988 MacDonald's promotion here are Bambi, Thumper, Flower and Owl. These plastic characters are designed true to the 1942 movie and have become "Happy Meal" classics. Bambi is 3 1/2" H, the others are 2 1/2" H. Jointed, so they can be posed in different positions. No original packaging, but in near mint condition. Adult owned, never played with (these sat on my desk at work).

Micro mosaic earrings mounted on brass. Purchased in Italy in 1959. Clip back. Colors are green, white, black, red roses, and yellow flowers. Typical of the work done in the area around Rome. No missing tiles. 7/8" dia.

From Vienna, Austria prior to World War II. This was originally silver plated, now the mellow color of the brass predominates. Images in the 1 1/4" wide links are a dancing couple, a fountain, two swans with a pavilion and a girl in 18th century dress; all under the moon and stars. Edelweiss flowers decorate each end. There is a hanging pendent with an image of a man in military dress wearing an 18th century wig. Very interesting with an old world charm. Bracelet is 8" long x 1 1/4" wide...

Blond boy in a pink shirt, violet pants with green umbrella. Made of bisque porcelain, beautifully hand painted with gold accents. This is of very high quality. Only mark on bottom is a "22" in red. The McKinley Tarrif Act of 1890 required that all items imported into the U.S. be marked with the country of origin. However, the law was not widely enforced until 1914. I believe this figure dates from the time period between 1900 and 1914 and was most likely made in Germany...

Black and white spotted dog. Heavy pottery, marked on the bottom "Ya Wan Zhen Cang" which translates Delicate Collectible Precious Treasure. 18th century Japanese style produced in China mid-20th century for export. Made as a replica of 1700s figure, not as a fake. No damage, 9" H x 6" w x 7" d.

Wedding Vase shape handmade sometime between 1920s and 1930s in the traditional manner as shown when you look at the chip on the spout. Wear to the paint design indicates age and is part of the pot's history. Most likely from the Santo Domingo potters in New Mexico. 10" H x 8" W in as shown condition.
