PAYMENT POLICY:

We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AmerianExpress, and Discover. All payments must be made in US funds. Payment must be made before items are shipped. If you do not have a PayPal account, we will email a PayPal invoice to you which allows you to pay by credit card.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Buyers pay all shipping and insurance fees. Although we take care to ensure your items ae securely packed, we strongly recommend you insure your purchases. Willowbend is not responsible for loss or damage of insured or uninsured items. Claims for lost or damaged items should be handled through the shipping source. We try to ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment when received on weekdays and the next business day when payment is received on weekends or holidays. Please email me for a quote on shipping before paying for your purchase.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus postage and insurance fees. We will accept returns if notified within 3 business days of receiving the item. Please email me before returning an item. The item must be in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and with our tag attached. Return shipping and insurance will be at the buyer's expense. We will not accept return of items damaged during shipment, but we will provide any necessary paperwork to help the buyer with his/her claim.

SERVICE PLEDGE:

We strive to create a pleasant shopping experience for our cutomers. We try to respond to all orders within 24-48 hours and we try to ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment when received on weekdays and the next business day when payment is received on weekends or holidays. If we are away from our business for several days, we will notify buyers in advance to alert you of a possible delay in processing your orders.
