This is a nice sterling silver cigarette case with gold finish inside and signed with the sickle and W STERLING. It measures 3” x 4”. It is in fairly good condition showing a few dings, but it easily opens and closes. Originally Maltby, Stevens & Company, the Watrous Mfg. Co. was started in 1896 in Wallingford, Connecticut and was one of the original companies that formed the International Silver Co. in 1898. This classic 5-piece sterling silver tea and coffee service was made in the 1920s by Gorham in the Plymouth pattern. The tea set is not monogrammed.
