This is the base to an emerald green dolphin foot cigarette jar. There is no lid. It was made by the Cambridge Glass Co. in the 1930's.

This paper match match holder ash tray was made by Hall China and is signed with the round circle mark. No damage. Most match holder ashtrays are for the wooden matches.
