These embossed hones were used to sharpen razor blades so the metal blades could be reused again and again, and the metal saving went for the war effort. 1930's Old Colony Lace Edge 3 pc Frosted Bowl & Candle Set. There are a couple of minor flaws between the lace on the bowl and a small sliver of glass that barely shows.
