Houze Glass ~ Jade Jadeite Scotty Dog Rocker Blotter

This jade color Scotty dog rocker blotter was made by The Houze Glass co. in the 1920's, and 1930's. They were used to blot fresh ink before it dried and smeared a document. It is is excellent condition!
