Elegant Pink Fostoria? 11 1/2" Relish/Celery Tray

We bought a group of unused pink Fostoria Fairfax serving pieces and this tray came with the set. It is the color of pink Fairfax, and has a ground bottom and looks right at home with other Fostoria pieces, but we're unsure of the maker. We'll call it a "Go With". It is 11 1/2" long, 1 1/2" deep, and could be used for many different items.
