This part set of 'Greenbriar' Haviland China was made in New York, with a cream background and green berries and platinum trimmed edges. The set consists of eight 10 3/4" dinner plates, eight sets of footed cups and saucers, eight 7 5/8" salad plates; eight 6 1/2" bread and butter plates, one sugar with cover, one oval 9 5/8" vegetable bowl, one oval 14 1/8" serving platter with well, one gravy with attached underplate and NO CREAMER. (2) Dinner Plates, 10 3/4" in diameter. Marked 'Lamberton China, Made Expressly for Hotel Morton, Grand Rapids, Mich.'. Ivory with gold rim. Wonderful decal of colonial couple dining in center of plate. Border has coach with horses, the Morton coat of arms at top with flower basket at bottom, a colonial gentleman on one side and a colonial lady on the other. Priced/each.
