These glass horse bookends are of unknown age and maker and are both in undamaged condition. Fostoria, New Martinsville, and LE Smith all made these but I would guess these are LE Smith (1940s), as the somewhat lesser quality of the crystal is not what I associate with Fostoria or New Martinsville. Occasional mold marks from manufacturing and tiny bubbles in the glass. This amber LE Smith's Romanesque 10 1/2" (low) bowls is in excellent condition; book value $45+. Might be a spot or 2 of inner rim roughness, nothing significant. The Romanesque pattern, featuring geometric jeweled arches, was made in the early 1930s.
