This listing has an Enesco Prayer Lady planter! Although she has some minor imperfections, I purchased her because the Prayer Lady (also known as Mother in the Kitchen) planters are rather difficult to find. She has a glaze ding on the back of her bun (could easily be color touched-up), there is a teeny ding on an apron corner, and one shoe has a teeny rough spot that has probably been color touched-up. These very unusual cat figurines were produced by Norcrest! Mama cat and babies are blue and white and each has spaghetti trim/accents. Mama measures 7 ½” tall and has her original tag “Proud Mama”. She also has the Norcrest foil label/sticker on bottom and the numbers A571. Babies measure 3 3/8” tall (at tallest). Super condition – one baby has a teeny (1/16”) ding on a foot that’s not noticeable or detracting and Mama has a couple craze marks – that’s it!

Another very nice Prayer lady timer by Enesco! She’s in very good condition with a tiny ding on her collar and she has a couple teeny rough places in her hair that may have been color touched up – not detracting – and as with most of these timers, the original elastic has broken and been replaced. There is a vintage button on back to prevent the elastic from slipping through the opening. Nice addition to a collection, somewhat difficult to find item.

This Enesco Prayer Lady is the difficult to find timer! She’s in very good condition – has a rub on the edge of her hands and on a cuff. Apparently, the elastic holding her hour glass has broken and it has been replaced. The new hourglass elastic is secured at the back with a vintage button to keep the elastic from slipping through the opening. This is a cute spaghetti poodle family – mama and her two babies! She measures 4 ¾” tall, babies measure 2 1/8” and 2 3/8” tall. Mama has white spaghetti with gold color accents. Babies have in-mold “spaghetti” that is highlighted with gold color. Chain (leash) is shiny and is apparently a replacement for the original which is often broken or missing. Poodles are in super condition!
