Very nice ethnic chalk-ware pieces! There are two in listing and each has a hook at bottom to hang a potholder.
Measure 5” long, 5 ¼” wide (at widest) and are in very good condition with evidence of use and age.
They have color wear that is attractive to the pieces instead of detracting, one has sustained a chip to and by his thumb that someone touched up with black marker (see photo), has sustained a slice type chip to a top corner of the watermelon, and has another older... Click for details

AUNT JEMIMA AND UNCLE MOSE SALT AND PEPPER
Ethnic : African American
Lin's Antiques and Collectibles
M1708 Not Available at this Time
Very nice salt and pepper shaker set – the taller Aunt Jemima and Uncle Moses! Made by F & F, shakers measure 5” tall, are in very good condition, and still have their original plastic stoppers. They have minor color wear and the only “use” evidence is on Uncle – he has sustained 2 chips on his shoes. One shoe has a chip on the front side, the other has one on the back side – doesn’t effect use, he stands level but is less than perfect and priced accordingly.

African Native plate
Ethnic : African American
Sherrys Antiques* Collectibles* Frivolous Necessities
safn-321 $125.00
This is an awesome handpainted piece of pottery. It measures 7 1/4" diameter, and is signed on the back by the artist. I have included a photo of the signature though I cannot make it out. It is Australian, I believe. It depicts the profile of a warriers face, spears, and distant trees which appears to be the outback. There is crazing in the glaze. No damages, chips, or cracks. Such a wonderful item! Not sure of the age. I have personally had it 15+ years, and aquired it at a tag sale.

African chalk busts
Ethnic : African American
Sherrys Antiques* Collectibles* Frivolous Necessities
safn-261 $85.00
Pair of chalk african man & woman busts. These are a matched set. I'm not sure of the age, but most likely 40+ years of age. They are solid cast, with nice weight. They measure about 9 1/4" tall. Nicely sculpted to appear life like. Good condition with the exception of a few chips on the bottom.( These are not noticeable when sitting on the table. Nice example of African art. Email for more photos.
