Lovely ice blue vintage basket by Fenton for Princess House. It features a tiny hobnail dot pattern inside diamond shapes throughout the piece as well as having deep cut petals and a scalloped border highlighted by an inch wide band with a pretty cut design. The handle displays a cross hatched pattern where it is applied to the basket. This stunning basket stands about 8 1/2" high to the top of the handle and the basket is 10" by 5 1/8". Fenton's Cranberry Opalescent glass is one of their most popular treatments. Because it is cased glass (french crystal over gold ruby) every piece must be blown rather than pressed. This hand-work makes each piece unique. Offered here is the 389 jug in their hobnail pattern. This piece was produced from 1940 to 1948 and stands 5 1/2 inches high. Lovely Colonial Blue Daisy & Button glass boot,handmade by Fenton c. 1967 - 1975. The Fenton logo not on the bottom so this dates this piece before 1970 when stickers were used .The boot measures about 4-1/2" long, 1-5/8" wide and is 4-1/4" high. This item is in very fine condition with NO chips or cracks.
