This listing has a pair of candle holders from McCoy’s Lily Bud line! These were made in 1941 and are the lovely aqua color. Marked USA and are in absolutely excellent, mint condition.

It would be a very difficult task to find a comparable condition pair of candle holders – these are from my collection and I purchased them from the original buyer!

I have had many requests to sell the McCoy Butterfly line items in my collection. I have enjoyed displaying these items for many years and am now beginning to list them – all the newly listed Butterfly items are from my collection – vases, flower pot, a small jardinière, and planters. This listing has a McCoy flowerpot with attached drip saucer! It’s from the pretty Butterfly Line and is white with semi-matte over-glaze. Flowerpot measures 3 ¾” tall, 3 ¾” diameter, and bottom is marked NM (overlapping), USA. It has heavy glaze and the mold detail is not as crisp as some of the other pieces I’ve listed. It has been used as intended (by prior owner) and has stained interior crazing at the rim, there is crazing on exterior, and a couple glaze-pops (production). Nice... Click for details

Another McCoy item from the lovely Butterfly line of the 1940s!

This one is the small jardiniere (planter), measures 3” tall, 3 ½” diameter, and bottom is marked with overlapping NM, USA.

Jardinière may appear pink in photos (depending on your computer monitor) but is actually a pale lilac color (lavender in reference books). It was early from the mold with crisp, clean lines/mold detail.

This listing has a beautiful McCoy Butterfly line item that has been a part of my personal McCoy collection for many years!

It is an ivy (or squat) vase and is in the pretty blue color.

Vase has no “use” evidence, actually appears to be unused.

It has some typical McFlaws -- production pin-pops on the rim edge and there’s a ¼” flake-off at rim that received color and is definitely production.

A super item and a super addition to a collection!

This listing has a beautiful vase from McCoy's Butterfly Line of the early 1940s!

Vase is 6” tall and is a lovely aqua color with semi-matte over-glaze.

Bottom is marked NM (overlapping), USA.

Vase has excellent mold detail – very crisp – and is in excellent condition. There is very, very light interior staining and some crazing. There are a couple dings on the bottom dry (setting) ring – that’s it!

This listing has a Shawnee monkey by stump planter – one of Shawnee’s more difficult to find planters!

It is in super condition with no chips, cracks, or dings.

The back rim edge and back have a few production color skips. Planter is unmarked.

We purchased this Shawnee combination cookie jar/bank at an Indiana estate sale and it is truly a treasure to add to a collection!

Winnie is in excellent condition – unbelievable – no nibbles at the coin slot (I don’t believe the bank portion was ever used).

There is some tape/glue residue on the underneath part of the lid that I would surmise was taped to cover the 3 production holes (so cookies would stay fresh). However, there is no evidence that it ever held... Click for details

Another serving size bowl from McCoy’s pink and blue Stonecraft dinnerware line! Bowl measures 7 ¾” diameter, 2 ½” tall and bottom is marked 1423, McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA. Bowl has no chips, cracks, or dings but does have a ¼” production, closed stress on rim – that’s it!

McCoy’s larger size basketweave flowerpots are difficult to find in pink! This one measures 5” tall and bottom is marked McCoy, USA. It is in super condition, obviously always pampered! The only flaw I could find is some production color misses at lower bottom – just above the saucer portion – that’s it!

This is an unmarked McCoy wall sconce / candle holder from the pretty Floral Country line of the early 1980’s!

It measures 11 ½” long (at longest) and 6” wide (at widest).

Candle holder is in wonderful condition -- it has a ¼” production stress on back edge that is not worthy of mention and is not detracting in any way; simply a McFlaw.

If you are not a longtime collector of McCoy, do be aware that the candle holder portion on these items are production glued... Click for details

These unmarked McCoy wall sconces do not have an attached candle holder as most McCoy sconces have -- these have a little shelf to display trinkets, a votive candle, etc.

They measure 11 5/8” long (at longest) and 6” wide (at widest). They are in excellent condition – one has a couple production (under-glaze) dark dots just above the “shelf”.

The floral decoration is very pretty and is definitely not your everyday find! I have never seen nor had any other McCoy... Click for details

I purchased this Shawnee cookie jar lid at an Indiana sale – this is a lid for the “Lucky” elephant cookie jar!

It is in very good condition but it appears that prior owner has painted/re-painted the ears, collar, etc. Other than that, lid is in wonderful condition with a glaze bruise on underneath side of bow – not detrimental in any way.

Neat item!
