pleasantly rotund and sturdy, this weighs just shy of one Troy ounce (.98) and is in excellent condition, with a fully functional hinge and a clasp which snaps shut properly.

Though it may only win second prize in a beauty contest, the price is attractive and we've certainly seen uglier ones.

For those of you who like comparison shopping, check item 192469545712 on the Bay of Eees, which weighed not even half as much and measured a mere inch an a quarter in diameter.

Philadelphia circa 1867, length nine inches, weight 4.06 Troy ounces, excellent condition, with massive realistically cast claw ends; bright cut and engine turned decoration, monogrammed "m".

We've owned many similar tongs over the years, but these are distinguished by the cross hatched detail inside the grasping area, which is both pleasing to the eye and practical for levitating your ice cubes.

I purchased a large number of jewelry items at an estate sale -- this earring was among those purchases.

Earring is stamped 925 China and it has a large clear solitaire setting that I assume is a cubic zirconia/zirconium but I really don’t know (it is not a diamond but could be a topaz, zircon, or just sparkly glass!).

It measures 1/2" diameter and weighs 3.9 grams – not a little earring by any standards. I would estimate it to be in the 5-7 carat size range.

Bracelet is very well made and has a hidden jewelry clasp with safety latch. It is made in such a way that it appears to have diamonds, it does not.

Lovely earrings in this listing! Earrings are pierced fish hook style and are stamped 925. There are also letters that appear to be JC but I couldn’t be positive.

There is a peridot color stone that measures 1/2” x 3/8” and is accented with a clear stone (does not test as diamond).

From my jewelry collection – a beautiful silver ribbon band ring with blue and clear diamonds!

Ring has 16 blue diamonds and 6 clear diamonds. It has illusion settings that give the appearance of many more diamonds – in fact, without a loupe or magnifying glass; you can’t tell there are illusion settings!

Ring is stamped 925 and is size 7. It is 7/16” wide (center measurement), band is 5/16” tapering to 3/16” at bottom. Ring weighs 5.1 grams.

This listing has a gorgeous bracelet that I purchased at a Tennessee antique shop many years ago! The bracelet is slide style – 2 chains – with 8 heart shaped slides. Between each heart are 2 round silver spacer beads. The fold-over clasp is marked 925 Thailand.

When I purchased this bracelet, I was told the hearts were turquoise and black onyx – I have not had this verified by a jeweler but they appear to be turquoise and onyx.
