My sales policy is for your to enjoy fine glassware. I describe each item fairly and work on improving my photographic skills for you to really see each elegant item. If an item is not described accurately, then you are welcome to a full refund. Any other returns for a refund require a $20.00 fee with return postage paid by the customer. |
