Fine Fiddle Shell Coin Silver Spoon by Lewis Quandale of Philadelphia
$30.00
Offered is an excellent and very well preserved American coin silver teaspoon by Philadelphia silversmith Lewis Quandale, circa the second quarter of the 19th Century. This piece is in really nice condition overall, with only modest wear and no dents, splits or repairs; it has a mint condition maker's mark. This piece has a lovely period engraved script initial "V". It measures about 5 7/8 inches in length and weighs about 18 grams. All in all an excellent example of this man's wares!
