Fine Philadelphia Coin Silver Spoon by R. & W. Wilson

Offered is a very good American coin silver spoon by by the celebrated Philadelphia firm of R. & W. Wilson, in business circa 1820s through about 1850. This piece has a clear maker's mark and standard mark, and also has a good engraved period script monogram. This spoon measures about 6 1/8 inches in length, and weighs about 21 grams. Condition is very good overall, with only light wear and no splits or repairs. Please review all pictures. All in all a fine example of the form!
