Coin Silver Spoon Circa 1815 Marked "O.&C." - Location/Maker Unknown

Offered is a nice American coin silver spoon circa 1815, give or take five years, with a maker's mark of "O.&C." and a period engraved script monogram of "UT". The maker is unknown, at least to me - while Ott & Cluff of Virginia has been suggested, this spoon feels to be a bit late for that partnership. As such, it is a bit of a mystery! This piece measures about 5 1/2 inches in length and weighs about 12 grams. Condition is fair overall, with some small waves in the handle and a few minor dings to the bowl; there are no splits and repairs. All in all an interesting spoon dating back two centuries or more!
