Manchester, NH Coin Silver Spoon by Hovey, Parker & Co., Ca. 1850-52

Offered is a city-marked New Hampshire coin silver spoon by Stanford Hovey and Amos Parker, working as Hovey, Parker & Co. circa 1850-52 in Manchester, NH. This spoon has good marks and a period engraved owner's name on the handle, which is unusual enough to likely be traceable. This spoon measures about 5 7/8 inches in length and weighs about 13 grams. Condition is fair, with some dings and bends but no splits or repairs. All in all an interesting piece with a relatively scarce maker's mark!
