$65.00

Offered is a set of three American coin silver teaspoons circa 1835-50, judging by the marks from the Buffalo, NY area, engraved with a great armorial of an arm grasping a pennant or signal flag that displays three pellets or balls; this could be a family armorial, or an insignia associated with a military unit such as an artillery company. These spoons measure about six inches in length and the three weigh about 50 grams altogether. Condition is very good overall, with one spoon having a very small dent in the bowl, and each of the three having very minor wear from normal use. There are no splits or repairs. Please review all of the pictures. All in all a fine and rare late example of crested coin silver spoons!
