Long-Handled Condiment Spoon Engraved "Lee" by Alexander Stowell

Offered is a nice Massachusetts double-swell style coin silver condiment spoon by noted jeweler/silversmith Alexander Stowell, circa 1865-75. This piece is engraved "Lee" in period script to the reverse, and has a clear maker's mark. It measures about 5 1/8 inches in length and weighs about 10 grams. It may be a dry mustard spoon, or perhaps had another purpose. Condition is very good overall, with no major dents and no splits or repairs. All in all a useful piece for the table!
