Mirror sided mantle or table clock. Manufactured by The Wm. L. Gilbert clock Company, Winsted Conn. The tag on back can still be read manufactured in 1888. They are a little faded but all of the tags are still readable. One tag is a repair tag that is signed by someone, I can't make out the signature, it was repaired in 1948. A little wear is indicated on the paper dial where someone has been setting it for years. The clock works perfectly, but the gong bell needs tightening up. Has wind-up key but not original. Other than what I have mentioned the clock is in mint condition. The two brass cherubs on each mirror side are just adorable. A find for any collector or antique dealer.
