Bloomfield Industries Dish

Stainless steel pedestal dish manufactured in Japan. As far as I know, Bloomfield was more a supplier to commercial entities. 8" in length and 4" in height. It seems too shallow for a sauce dish and I am not sure of the original purpose. No dents or dings, but does have superficial scratches. I will be happy to provide additional photos.
