Crystal Toothpick Holder

I do not know the age, pattern or manufacturer of this 2 5/8 inch toothpick holder. I thought at first it was a pineapple design, but soon realized the designs do not fit to form pineapple. As you can see in the photo, the lower portion is encircled with an elongated thumbprint design. There is no damage. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
