Tolppi's Duck Figurine

Vintage ceramic duck incised Tolppi's Mud Hut Hamburg, Minn. 1B and Tolppi's Hand Painted label. It is 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. There are no chips, cracks, breaks or rough rim. There is a tiny white dot on the bill tip, and I don't know if it was painted this way or a paint miss. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
