Turtle Shaker

Vintage shaker marked as made in Japan. I do not know if it is the salt or pepper, but it has 5 holes. It measures 3 3/4 x 2 1/4 x 2 inches. It has the original stopper and shows no damage, but does have manufacturing flaws.
