It is Flavor Fresh (mouth wash) in apothecary decanter.
The bottle is very decorative and collectible.
It is in the original box and box has minor storage wear/evidence.
I left the original contents (mouthwash) in the decanter for photograph purpose only (the color shows how pretty the bottle is when filled). Because of this items age, it is not safe to use the mouthwash and I will dispose of the contents prior to shipping so do be aware you will receive the decanter -- empty -- in the original box and this is reflected in the price.
