This listing has a mint condition McCoy Pottery bean pot from the Spirit of '76 dinnerware line!
It's marked on bottom: "Carved Wooden Eagle, Artist Unknown, National Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C.". It also has the McCoy Mt. Clemens Mark, 343.
The eagle decal is bright and unmarred.
Bean pot looks new and unused -- no chips, no cracks, no crazing. The dry ring on lid has a typical McFlaw -- a small stress -- production and of absolutely no consequence to use or appearance! (Because the over-glaze is so shiny, there is light reflection in the photo.)
Even though this is a bean pot, it would be equally at home as a cookie jar or canister!
