McCOY POTTERY GOODIE GOOSE COOKIE JAR

McCoy's Goodie Goose cookie jar looks so at home in a country kitchen! She's a large, heavy jar -- measures 12" tall!

Made only 1986/87, jar is simply marked USA.

Cookie jar is in excellent condition -- only "use" evidence is cold paint loss on her bow, bill, and eyes. Still has cold paint on her feet so I would surmise that lid was immersed in water, cold paint came off, and subsequently, prior owner didn't allow the bottom to go "swimming".

The only flaw I could find is typical McCoy -- a production stress on underside of lid -- measures about 1", is not detrimental to use or appearance.
