McCoy Pottery Green Pepper Cookie Jar

This listing has a beautiful McCoy cookie jar shaped like a green pepper!

It measures 8" tall (to top, 10 1/4" tall from bottom of jar to top of lid handle.

Jar is a pretty dark green color with shiny over-glaze.

The lid is mint condition and is the type that has a lip edge that fits inside the cookie jar bottom (instead of resting on top of the lid rim). This helps prevent the lid sliding around the top of the jar causing damage. The jar (bottom) is in excellent condition with the only evidence of "use" being a 7/16" slice type chip on the bottom dry (setting) ring which is not detrimental in any way.
