McCoy Stoneware Grapes and Leaves Cuspidor
$135.00 McCoy Stoneware Cuspidor
This listing has an unmarked McCoy cuspidor from the early 1900s!
It is a pretty green color and measures 5 1/8" tall, 7 3/8" diameter. The design is a grape cluster and panels (panes).
Cuspidor was late from the mold as design is not especially sharp. However, it is in wonderful condition and has no "use" evidence!
It has some typical McFlaws -- there is a glazed over horizontal stress on rim edge, a glaze pop, non-glaze spot, some small fired-on pottery flakes inside bottom -- all very typical and common on the very early McCoy pottery pieces.
This is a very nice item to add to an older stoneware collection!
