I'm thinking it's a persimmon, but not sure why the hole is in the bottom. The stem has a hand blown loop which appears to be for hanging, such as an ornament. A very pretty piece of art glass Beautiful colors of irridized orange white and green. It is 4 1/2" tall, about the right size for a lifelike fruit.
These little vintage birds come in four assorted colors. They are most likely vintage era 1950-1960s, They are, I believe made of paper mache, covered with a thick glitter, plastic beak and eyes. The feet and legs are wire (so you can clip them to the tree. The birds plumage is made of colored aluminum tinsel. Colors are red, blue, gold, and green. I Have several. Price is for each one. Please let me know colors and quanity when ordering. All are in fantastic condition with no damages.
