Annual limited Christmas edition 1998 by Norman Rockwell.Cute little elves on this plate. Titled "Santa's Helpers". 25th plate in the annual series. Plate is a hand numbered limited edition by the Rockwell Society of America, Knowles China. Plate measures 8 1/8" in diameter and is in perfect condition. It comes with certificate of authenticity but no box.
