Vintage child at bird bath figurine porcelain lace

Pretty old figurine odf a little girl at a bird bath. Porcelain lace trims and little birds. Perfect condition. It has an old blue and white paper tag on the bottom. Measures 4 1/2" tall. Lots of nice gold trim too. No damages.
