Vintage Jade and stone bonsai tree in Jade pot

Wonderful older Asian Bonsai Tree. This lovely tree is 5" tall as shown in photo - (including the pot) x 7" wide, but measurements can vary slightly based on how the flowers and stems are arranged. White mother of pearl was used to create a blossom and flower buds. Peach colored blossoms may be amber- we couldn't determine for certain, and a lighter green jade for another flower. Dark green Jade creates the sawtooth leaves and the rectangular base pot. The blossoms and leaves are secured with a wire threaded through each segment and then gathered together into a stem formation that was wrapped. The branches were then clustered together and covered with a dark brown material to resemble a tree trunk. The entire piece is mounted in a rectangular jade pot with multi color hard stone gravel accenting the top of the pot. In very nice older condition. No missing elements or chips were found. The wire attached to each segment is somewhat fragile due to air and age ~ repositioning and bending of the elements might result in wire breakage. This wonderful piece would make quite a Decor statement.
