Vintage US sly penguin in top hat and tie cookie jar

He looks like a sly little penguin if you ask me! Look at those shifty little eyes. Made of ceramic and hand painted. He measures just under 11" tall. Nice condition, marked US 1985 on the bottom.. He does have a chip on the inside of the cookie jar lip, that I missed when I purchased him. It does not destract from the appearance at all, and you cant even see it when the lid ifs off. A very adorable cookie jar to add to your collection, or if you just like penguins.
