Hagen Renaker 422 Barn Owl Baby standing miniature figurine

This is Barn Owl Baby standing. It is item 422 and stands 5/8" tall, and was designed by Helen Perrin Farnlund. Aurasperse grey in 1960-1961, fall 1965-spring 1967, This piece is free from chips, breaks. Hagen is the only manufacturer of miniature ceramic animals left in the U.S. The company was founded in 1946 by Maxine and John Renaker. Maxine passed away a few years ago at the age of 89. The first factory was in Monrovia, CA but in 1962 it moved to San Dimas. The company continues under the leadership of their daughter to produce these lovely animals.
